If the steep is not your thing consider spending a day cross-country skiing through the pines and aspens out of Solitude's Nordic Center. Rent some snow shoes in the village and head out on one of the trails.
Skiing and Snowboarding at Brighton
Want to mix things up? Simply head up the summit lift and ski over to Brighton via the Sol-Bright trail. Spend all day enjoying a whole different resort with a decidedly local vibe. When you are done simply return via Sol-Bight and ski right back to the condo. If you prefer to drive Brighton's parking lot is just a short 1.5 miles up the canyon road.
